Shipping policy

Orders placed with Grace's Loft, could take up to 5 business days to ship. Once shipped, the customer will receive an email notification to inform what shipment method was used and the expected delivery date with tracking. 

Methods of shipping used is USPS and UPS. Grace's Loft only ships within the United States and the rate is determined by size and weight of the package. 

Customers who live in the local area of Grace's Loft may choose to pick up their items instead of having those shipped. Pickup should be scheduled within the week. 

If an item is received damaged, the customer will need to contact the courier to file a complaint to be reimbursed for the loss. The retailer shall not be held accountable or required to pay the cost of damages provided by UPS or USPS.
